Rental Terms & Cancellation Policy

Renters must be at least 25 years old, hold a valid driver's license, and carry full-coverage auto insurance that extends to the rented vehicle. All information provided at booking must be accurate. DRYV Luxury may decline any request at its discretion.

Submitting a request does not guarantee a reservation. Every request is reviewed by our team, including a phone call to verify your insurance coverage, before it is approved.

A valid payment method is required to submit a request, but nothing is charged at that point. If your request is approved, the full rental charge is captured and a refundable security deposit is authorized (held, not charged) on the same card.

• Cancelled more than 72 hours before pickup: full refund of the rental charge.
• Cancelled within 72 hours of pickup: 50% of the rental charge is non-refundable.
• No-shows (vehicle not picked up, with no prior cancellation): the rental charge is fully non-refundable.
• The security deposit is only ever authorized, never charged, so it is released in full for any cancellation.

• Where a mileage limit is listed for a vehicle, it applies for the full rental period; mileage over the contracted allowance is billed at $5.00 per mile.
• Only the renter named on the reservation may drive the vehicle unless an additional driver has been approved in advance.
• Reckless driving, racing, off-road use, towing with the vehicle, and any illegal activity are strictly prohibited.
• The vehicle must remain within the state it was rented in unless DRYV Luxury has given prior written authorization for travel outside the state.
• No smoking is allowed in the vehicle. A cleaning fee applies if odors, burns, or residue are found on return (see Section 6).

The renter is responsible for all damage, loss, or theft of the vehicle during the rental period, regardless of fault. The security deposit is released in full upon return, provided the vehicle is returned on time, undamaged, and with a full tank of fuel. Damage, missing fuel, excessive cleaning needs, or a late return may be charged against the deposit, up to its full amount. Damage, loss, or theft beyond the deposit amount will be billed separately in accordance with Section 6.

• Fuel not returned at the same level: $50 surcharge plus the cost of fuel.
• Each scratched or damaged rim: $750 fee.
• Smoking in the vehicle: minimum $500 fee.
• Mileage overage: $5.00 per mile over the contracted allowance.
• Tickets, tolls, and violations: the renter is responsible for the underlying charge; a $100 processing fee applies if it is billed through DRYV Luxury.
• Loss of use, diminished value, towing, and repossession costs may also be billed to the renter.

By agreeing to these terms, the renter authorizes DRYV Luxury to charge the credit card on file for any unpaid charges, damages, fees, or violations described in Sections 5 and 6, in addition to the rental charge and security deposit disclosed at booking.

The renter's insurance policy is the primary coverage for the rental. The renter assigns to DRYV Luxury the right to pursue reimbursement directly with the renter's insurer for any covered loss arising from the rental.

Vehicles must be returned by the agreed return time. Late returns are subject to additional daily charges at the standard rate.

The renter assumes full responsibility for the vehicle during the rental period and agrees to indemnify DRYV Luxury for any loss, theft, or damage not covered by insurance.

There is no separate signature step: checking “I have read and agree to the Rental Terms & Cancellation Policy” on the booking form — alongside the full legal name already entered on that form — constitutes your electronic signature and acceptance of this agreement in full, including Sections 1 through 10. The date and time of acceptance is recorded with your booking request.
